Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU

The Richmond Steel City Connection has supported the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU for over 35 years, raising over $137,000!

For each of the past three seasons (’22-’23 & ’23-’24 & ’24-’25), we have raised over $9,000 in each season, through our donations, raffles and partnerships. For the ’25-’26 season, we hope to raise over $9000 for the fourth season in a row AND reach that elusive $10,000 fundraising goal for a single season!

Torque Supply matched $2500 of our ’25-’26 donations for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU!

We are extremely proud of our contributions to the “Children’s Tower” that opened in 2023 at Children’s Hospital in downtown Richmond, VA!

The Richmond Steel City Connection delivered $30,000 to the Children’s Tower through donations and a matching grant. As a result, we have our name memorialized on the Level 10 Unit Secretary Station, an administrative space for organizing medical records, admitting new patients, and supporting patients and medical staff.
